Format: Live online workshops + reflection practices between sessions + WhatsApp group + recordings
Extras: Access to shared materials, reflection prompts, and peer connection with other leadership teams in both cohort and larger community.

Sebastian Corvian is a transformational and leadership coach with over 15 years of experience supporting founders, executives, and leadership teams.
He played a key role in scaling one of the Nordic region’s most successful consulting firms from 130 to nearly 1,000 employees — leading regional transformations, integrating acquired companies, and supporting founder duos in evolving their collaboration post-acquisition.
As the founder of Being Man and Being in Business, Sebastian bridges inner and outer transformation — helping leaders uncover what’s most true within themselves and align their business and relationships with that deeper compass.
His work combines real-world business experience with psychological depth, embodied presence, and refined relational skill.
