About a year ago I took a pause from launching any new work with Being Man.

Not because the work wasn’t true, but because I knew I had more of my own foundation to rebuild before I could hold the next level of what this work wants to be, with the depth and integrity it asks for.

So I stepped back, went inward, and let the ground settle.

What followed was a year that was as challenging as it was important.

Coming into this spring, something has shifted, both in me and in my work.

And with that, Being Man is ready to come back. Not relaunched, but rebuilt from a new foundation. Clearer, more alive, and more itself than it has ever been.

Welcome to Being Man 2.0.

What Being Man actually is

The Being Man work moves through four dimensions.

Coming home to yourself. Returning to your own center, your embodied presence, the ground of your being. This is where everything begins.

Building a life that is truly yours. Clarifying what actually matters to you: your values, your direction, your life vision. Not from expectation or memory, but from deep self-connection.

Aliveness. Experiencing the sense of fulfilment, ease, and adventure that comes from knowing the life you are living is genuinely yours. Navigating the journey and living from your own center in the full texture of daily life. Your relationships, your work, and your lifestyle.

The fellowship. Doing this work alongside like-minded and like-hearted men. A field of resonance that takes the work further and deeper than it would go alone.

These four dimensions are the architecture of Being Man, woven through everything it offers.

What’s next

The Being Man program has been refined into a three-month journey, integrating all the learnings and insights from the first three cohorts.

The next cohort will begin in September 2026.

The second retreat for men who have already been through the program is also in the pipeline.

For now, I invite you to visit the new homepage and feel into what is there.

All the best,

Sebastian
